Configure Organization AI Settings
On the organization settings screen, you can register or delete the Gemini API key used by the organization.

What You Can Do
- Register a Gemini API key
- Check if a key is already registered
- Delete a Gemini API key
Features Available After Registering an API Key
Once an organization's Gemini API key is registered, the following AI features become available:
- Enhanced Educational AI Chat: Improves response quality when students ask the AI questions about learning materials by using the organization's key.
- Material Improvement Suggestions Based on Chat History: Analyzes student questions to generate improvement suggestions based on common areas of difficulty.
- Material Improvement Suggestions via Web Search: Compares material content with the latest information to detect outdated descriptions or specification changes and suggests corrections.
If an API key is not registered, these features cannot be used.
How to Open
- Open the target organization screen.
- Open
Settings.
Steps
- Open the
Gemini API Key section.
- Check the status display to see if a key is currently saved or not set.
- Enter a new key and save it.
To delete a key, use the delete button that appears when a key is saved.
Notes
- The actual key value is not displayed in the list.
- Since this is an organization-level setting, it is shared across features such as material improvement functions within the same organization.
- If you cannot provide an API key, you can continue to operate without using these features.
