Configure Organization AI Settings
On the organization settings screen, you can register or delete the Gemini API key used at the organization level.

Features Available After Registering an API Key
Once you register an organization Gemini API key, the following AI features become available:
- Enhanced material AI chat: When students ask the AI questions about materials, the organization's key is used to improve response quality.
- Material improvement suggestions based on chat history: Student questions are analyzed, and improvement suggestions are generated based on areas where students tend to struggle.
- Web search–based material improvement suggestions: The material's content is checked against the latest information, detecting outdated descriptions and specification changes to propose corrections.
If no API key is registered, these features are not available.
How to Open
- Open the screen of the target organization.
- Open
Settings.
Steps
- Open the
Gemini API Key section.
- Check the status indicator to see whether a key is currently saved or not set.
- Enter a new key and save it.
To delete the key, use the delete button that appears when a key is saved.
Notes
- The actual value of the key is never displayed in a list.
- This is an organization-level setting, so it is used in common across features such as material improvement for all materials in the same organization.
- If you cannot provide an API key, you can still operate without using these features.
