Configuring Organization AI Settings

On the organization settings screen, you can register or delete the Gemini API key used at the organization level.

Permissions Required

For AI chat, the key of an organization the question-asking user belongs to, and in which that course has been added, is used.
Classification of question intent is performed for each AI chat question, and the key of the same organization as that question's AI chat is used. However, when a question that could not be classified is classified later, when the questioner opens that conversation, the organization's key is not used.
Material improvement is used from the Material improvement section of the material edit screen. Outdated description checks do not use the organization's Gemini API key; they run on Exercode's search service.

To delete the key, use Gemini APIキーを削除, which is displayed when a key is saved.

The actual key value is not displayed in a list.
Because this is set per organization, it is shared across the organization's courses.
