Required permissions
- Organization administrator
Steps
- Open
Affiliation in the upper right of the screen.
- Open the target organization name.
- Open
Groups.
- Click
New group.
- Enter the group name.
- Click
Create.
Naming conventions
Groups serve as units for managing and monitoring student progress.
Therefore, it is recommended to create one group per class as follows:
Department Name 1st Year (2026 Academic Year)
Information Engineering Class A
Supplementary notes
- If information has been shared in advance, WillBooster Inc. may create the groups for you.
- Newly created groups do not have an administrator. If you wish to manage group administrators, please have an organization administrator proceed to Add instructors to a group to set the initial administrator.
