Terminology

Organization

• Represents educational institutions such as schools or universities.
• Example: XX Vocational School, XX University

Group

• A unit within an organization.
• Example: XX Department 1st Year (FY2026), Class X, Grade X
• Student progress management and monitoring are intended to be conducted at this group level.

Member

• A user belonging to an organization or group.
• Includes both faculty and students.

Course

• A collection of teaching materials, such as Fundamentals of Python or Java Exercises.
• Corresponds to one subject in a curriculum.

Lesson

• A unit of teaching material that makes up a course.
• Corresponds to one class session.

Material

• The smallest unit of teaching material.
• Includes explanatory text, problems, submission settings, etc.
