What You Can Check
- Currently affiliated members
- Whether each member has administrative privileges
- Users who have been invited but have not yet approved their participation
Display of Administrative Privileges
Administrative privileges for each member are indicated by a check icon in the Administrative Privileges column.
Organization Member List
- A check icon is displayed for users who are Organization Administrators.
- No icon is displayed for other users.
Group Member List
Hovering over the icon displays a description, allowing you to distinguish between the types of privileges as follows:
- Group administrative privileges only: A standard check icon is displayed.
- Organization administrative privileges only: A light-colored check icon is displayed.
- Both organization and group administrative privileges: A standard check icon is displayed, and the description indicates that the user holds both privileges.
- No administrative privileges: No icon is displayed.
Supplementary Notes
- On the organization
Members screen, you can view Pending Invitations and Members separately.
- Once an invited user completes the approval process, they move from
Pending Invitations to Members.
- On the group
Members screen, you can view the faculty and students belonging to that group.
- On both organization and group
Members screens, you can bulk delete multiple members by entering their email addresses.
- Before executing a bulk deletion, you can check the number of people who will actually be deleted based on your current input.
