What you can check
- Currently affiliated members
- Whether each member has administrative privileges
- Users who have just been invited and have not yet accepted
Display of administrative privileges
Each member's administrative privileges are shown with a check icon in the Admin Privileges column.
Organization member list
- A check icon is displayed for users who are organization administrators.
- No icon is displayed for other users.
Group member list
When you hover over the icon, a description appears, allowing you to distinguish the types of privileges as follows.
- Group admin privileges only: A regular check icon is displayed.
- Organization admin privileges only: A light check icon is displayed.
- Both organization and group admin privileges: A regular check icon is displayed, and the description indicates that the user holds both privileges.
- No admin privileges: No icon is displayed.
Notes
- On the organization's
Members screen, you can view Pending Invitations and Members separately.
- Once an invited user completes acceptance, they move from
Pending Invitations to Members.
- On the group's
Members screen, you can check the faculty and students who belong to that group.
- On the organization and group
Members screens, you can bulk-remove multiple members by entering their email addresses together.
- Before executing a bulk removal, you can check how many members will actually be removed based on the current input.
