Managing Real-time Surveys
In teaching materials that support real-time surveys, you can check connected participants, start and end questions, and toggle the display of results.
Permissions required
- Instructors who can manage subjects
Prerequisites
Real-time survey is enabled for the target teaching material- There are survey questions within the teaching material
What you can do
- Check connected participants
- Start accepting responses for each question
- End response acceptance
- Display results to students
- Reset the status to try again
Workflow on the screen
- Open the management screen for the target teaching material.
- Check the number of connected users and the list of participants.
- Press
Start for the target question to begin accepting responses.
- Press
End at the required time.
- Enable the result display if you want to show the results to students.
- Use
Reset if you want to conduct the survey again.
Supplementary notes
- You can toggle the result display after starting to accept responses.
- If you hide the results, students will not be able to see the aggregated results.
- Resetting will revert the status of start, end, and result display.
