Ask the Help ChatBot

On the public help, logged-in users can ask questions to the ChatBot.

• Logged-in users
• Course creators
• Administrators who review the course repository

What You Can Do

• Ask questions about the content of the public help
• Refer to the sample course repository to check the structure and writing style of a course repository
• Check the sources of the answers

How to Open

1. Open the help screen.
2. Press AIに質問 (Ask AI), which remains visible on the screen while you scroll.
3. Enter your question in the modal.
4. If you are not logged in, log in before using the feature.

Sources of Answers

The ChatBot answers by referring to the public help and the sample course repository.

From the sources displayed with an answer, you can check the help pages or sample course repository that served as the basis for the answer.

When the ChatBot Cannot Answer

For questions whose basis cannot be confirmed from the public help and the sample course repository, a message stating that the answer cannot be confirmed will be displayed.
