You can list each conversation between learners and the AI chat, and review the entire conversation. To check by course, use the AI Chat tab in Learning Analytics. To review the whole organization at once, use AI Chat History in the organization. To see trends in learners' questions for each class, check the Stumble Analysis tab in Learning Analytics.
Group administrators can check conversations of learners in the groups they manage and of courses linked to those groups. The AI Chat tab in Learning Analytics is shown only to people who can view conversations for that course.
Course List → the target course → Learning Analytics, then select the AI Chat tab.AI Chat History on the organization screen.You can also open learners' conversations or the list from the chat icon in the progress tab of Learning Analytics, or from Open conversation in Stumble Analysis.
Specify the class, material, learner, group, start and end dates of the question, and keywords in the question text, then press Filter. In the organization's AI Chat History, you can also specify the course.
Unspecified material. If a class is specified, only conversations linked to that class's materials are targeted.The list shows one conversation per row, sorted with the most recent last question first.

Selecting a question in the list opens the conversation detail page, which shows all messages in the conversation in chronological order. You can check the content through links to materials and questions. To check the AI's reference operations, expand AI Operations.
If you open the detail while a response is being generated, press Refresh to get the latest response and generation status. The refresh keeps your filter conditions.
Use Previous chat and Next chat to move to the adjacent conversations in the order of the list and under its conditions. Back to chat list returns you to the list while keeping the filter conditions and page.
If no conversations match the conditions, a message stating that there are no matching chats is shown. Check your filter conditions. If you cannot view a conversation through a direct link, check whether the conversation was deleted or whether it is outside your viewing permissions.
If loading fails, you can retry with the reload button that is displayed.
