Checking AI Chat Usage Within the Organization
On the AI chat monitoring screen for each organization, you can check which users have used the chat and with which learning materials.

Permissions Required
- Organization Administrator
- Group Administrator
What You Can Do
- Filter by period, subject, learning material, user, and group
- Open details from the chat list
- View the number of usages per learning material in a table
How to Open
- Open the target organization screen.
- Open
AI Chat Monitoring.
What You Can Check on the List Screen
- Creation date and time
- User
- Subject name
- Learning material name
- First question
- Number of questions in that chat
Filter by date range, target subject, target learning material, target user, and target group as needed.
What You Can Check on the Details Screen
- Chat creation date and time
- Number of questions
- User
- Target subject and learning material
- User input and AI response
How to View Usage Counts
On the usage count monitoring screen, you can check the number of usages per user and per learning material in a table.
Clicking on a count will take you to the chat list filtered by those conditions.
Supplementary Notes
- Organization administrators can view chats associated with their organization.
- Group administrators can only view chats for subjects, classes, and learning materials associated with the groups they manage.
- Service administrators can view the same scope as organization administrators.
- For periods or learning materials where no chats exist, the count is displayed as 0.
