Enter the required information into the downloaded CSV.
Upload the CSV.
Check the loaded content in the table on the screen.
Click Save.
Notes
Regardless of which subject's management menu you open it from, you will be directed to the same profile settings screen.
The CSV uses the email address as the key to update existing user profiles.
Only a preview is displayed before saving; changes are finalized only after executing Save.
If the CSV contains unregistered email addresses or users outside of your management scope, those rows may not be reflected.
The only required field is the email address. You can save with the Name, Faculty, Affiliation, Department, Student ID, Class, and Enrollment Year fields left blank. Saving with these fields blank will clear any existing values for those items.
