How to Open the Screen for Each Destination

Adding to an organization

1. Open Affiliations.
2. Open the organization name.
3. Open Courses.

Adding to a group

1. Open Affiliations.
2. Open the organization name.
3. Open Groups.
4. Open the target group.
5. Open Courses.

Steps

1. Enter the ID of the course you want to add.
2. Click Add.

Visibility Scope

• When added to an organization: All members belonging to that organization can use the course.
• When added to a group: Only members belonging to that group can use the course.

Since the target audience is often limited, such as a class or grade level, adding courses to a group is basically recommended. Adding to an organization should be limited to courses that are safe to make available to all members, such as campus-wide shared materials.

Notes

• You can add courses created within that organization, and courses imported from teaching material repositories registered to that organization. For registering a teaching material repository, see Importing Teaching Materials.
• Organization administrators can add courses to both the organization and its groups.
• Group administrators can add courses to the groups they manage.
